> Formiix is an online form builder and form backend. Create contact forms and surveys, collect submissions, review analytics, export JSON, and submit data through a REST API.

Formiix provides a visual form builder and a REST submit API at https://formiix.site. Teams create hosted forms or post submissions from their own HTML, React, or Next.js frontends. Responses are stored in a dashboard with analytics and JSON export. Thank-you templates, post-submit redirects, and API keys are included. Formiix is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, users will be notified in advance.
